Madhabkunda waterfall is one of the largest waterfalls in Bangladesh. It is situated in Barlekha thana (subdistrict) in Moulvi Bazar District, Sylhet Division. The waterfall is a popular tourist spot in Bangladesh. Big boulders, surrounding forest, and the adjoining streams attracts many tourists for picnic parties and day trips.

The amazing waterfalls of Bangladesh is one of the major attractions of the country. And Madhabkunda (Madhobkundo) waterfall is the main waterfall. It's a mesmerizing waterfall and the highest waterfall in Bangladesh. The height of the Madhabkunda waterfall is 61 meter or 200 ft. Madhabkunda waterfall is famous as a tourist hotspot in the country.

Madhabkunda waterfall is situated in Barlekha Upazilla, under Moulvibazar District. It is 71 km from Moulvibazar and 73 km from Sylhet. There are some residential hotels and restaurants near the waterfall to serve the tourists. There is a Parjatan Motel with a good restaurant for accommodation and fooding. There is also a district council Bunglow for night stay but you need to have a prior booking for the bunglow from Moulvibazar District Council office.

The scenery of the waterfall is just amazing and a pleasure to watch. Nestled amidst the lush green mountains Madhabkunda makes for an ideal tourist destination. The waterfall remains crowded all round the year though the most tourists come during the winter season. The journey to Madhabkunda itself is exotic.
